Stone Fabricator/Installer/Lead

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers. This role requires a strong background in installation techniques, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks including.

- Train and mentor junior installers in best practices for installation techniques and safety protocols.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.

- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in installation roles, with a strong emphasis on hands-on skills.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Experience with estimating is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of various installation techniques including door hanging, plastering, roofing, stucco application, and flooring installation is essential.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate clearly with team building skills.

- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job site locations.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
