Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate – Jewelry Metal Work

Our jewelry manufacturing company is seeking full-time help for an entry-level metal working position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with precision craftsmanship and contribute to creating beautiful, high-quality jewelry.

About the Role

Candidates must be highly motivated and detail-oriented, able to work with very small pieces of metal ranging from 20g to 0g materials and 2mm balls. This position requires a strong ability to sit and focus for extended periods while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Working with different metals including steel, titanium, and niobium.

- Bending and shaping metals by hand.

- Grinding materials using a sanding belt.

- Operating basic production tools and polishing equipment (training provided).

- Inspecting pieces for quality and consistency.

- Following safety and work instructions precisely.

Position Details

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (8-hour shifts).

- Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.

- Location: In-person at our facility.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
