Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The pay will be Salary/commission based depending on experience, welcome to negotiate payment details. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including cold calling and territory management, to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking within assigned territories.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
•Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress towards sales goals.
•Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.
•Present product offerings and solutions tailored to meet client needs during in-person meetings or virtual presentations.
•Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while meeting or exceeding established targets.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
•Familiarity with account management practices and territory sales strategies.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
•Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales performance.
•Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
•Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
•Previous experience in inside sales is a plus but not required.
