What You’ll Do

- Hunt down and develop new business opportunities in the custom metal fabrication market

- Tap into your industry knowledge and contacts to generate qualified leads

- Manage the sales cycle from inquiry through close with minimal supervision

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay ahead of trends to strategically position our services in a competitive market

What You Bring

- Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in custom metal fabrication

- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

- In-depth knowledge of how to source and convert quality leads in this industry

- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

- A self-starter mindset with the drive to own your territory and grow your book of business
