Purpose

The Steam Truck Operator helps to maintain the production and support equipment fleet, necessary to meet our production targets. The mobile equipment is required to be cleaned, prior to performing scheduled maintenance tasks, and steaming is a critical required step in the haul truck frame inspection program.

The Red Chris Mine Mobile Maintenance team is recruiting for a Steam Truck Operator for a Fly-In, Fly-Out opportunity working on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$34.50/hour . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
