This is a full time position that includes overtime pay and is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays: 7am-5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Haul Truck Operator position will work with our stripping crew loading haul trucks. This position requires motivation, critical listening and reliability. Job sites change semi-frequently throughout Treasure Valley. Great working environment and great pay with opportunities for growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Have thorough knowledge of equipment and maintenance requirements.

Thoroughly and accurately fill out time sheets, work orders, maintenance reports and other paperwork as required.

Must be able to accurately diagnose and resolve problems.

Maintain a good attitude at all times.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) of the Company.

Attend safety trainings as scheduled.

Wear appropriate PPE at appropriate times.

Perform duties in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Must have a reliable cell phone for service calls.

Be a positive representative of Premier to our customers.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Dress professionally.

Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner.

Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned to the position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.

Be legally able to work permanently in the United States.

Must have 36 months of verifiable work history.

OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Ability to bend, squat, twist, and move freely in the performance of the position.

Display good math, reading, writing and organizational skills.

Ability to climb in and out of equipment many times during the course of the day's work.

Must submit to criminal records background investigation.

Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
