and take ownership of electrical systems supporting specific Production Units and Electrical Programs, working within a complex power infrastructure that includes utility feeds, cogeneration units, and nearly 300 substations across multiple voltage levels. You will be a key technical resource, collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and external partners. Using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices and advanced analysis, you will drive reliability, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous operation of the site's 24/7 electrical systems—all while managing diverse priorities and technical interfaces without direct reports.

is a highly complex refinery located 18 miles east of Houston in Deer Park, TX. It is part of the Pemex group, a fully integrated oil company in the Americas, working across the entire value chain: exploration, production, industrial processing/refining, logistics, and marketing. The refinery’s rated capacity is 340,000 barrels per day, and it has the feed flexibility to process multiple grades of crudes to produce the high-quality transportation fuels the world needs.
