The Sr Specialist Network Automation Architect will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation workflows that transform network operations across our large energy company's critical infrastructure.

This role focuses on creating autonomous agent systems with human-in-the-loop controls that ensure zero-risk tolerance while revolutionizing operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

- Design AI-driven workflows for network automation spanning planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.

- Develop autonomous agent systems that can analyze requirements, generate solutions, and implement with human approval gate.

- Build intelligent decision-making frameworks that understand energy sector compliance and safety, reliability, and performance requirements.

- Implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, capacity planning, and anomaly detection.

- Build comprehensive automation pipelines that integrate with existing tools (Cisco, Versa, Palo Alto, NetScaler).

Who You Are:

- You possess Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of software engineering experience, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.

- Advanced AI/ML Engineering: 5+ years developing production AI systems, preferably in infrastructure or operations.

- Deep understanding of network automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Python).

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work multi-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
