Reporting to the Gas Power Controls Solutions & Service Projects & Service Leader at GE Vernova, the ITO and Services Lean Manager role will support the vision to create and maintain a Lean Transformation throughout the CSS ITO and Service organization in accordance with the GEV lean business strategy. Working with cross functional teams, this role provides support to the lean roadmap execution to enable orders growth and deliver world class products and services.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $114,100 - $190,200 USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
