We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.

Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Job Summary

Conducts and oversees accounting and financial analyses. Develops and prepares the organization's financial plans, budgets, financial reports, and tax returns. Maintains good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities.

Education And Experience

4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Eight (8) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
Preferred CertIfications/Licensures: (CPA)

Supervise and manage accounting staff.
Ensure that all accounting transactions are properly accounted for within the General Ledger and that all financial accounts properly represent the reported balances
Ensure that accounting staff are following all guidelines within SOX 404 compliance and that any changes are correctly reported to the Internal Audit department. Provide internal audit assistance when accounting process changes are necessary
Review of month end balance sheet account reconciliations
Provide assistance in reviewing 10Q and 10K filings for accurate financial reporting of retail operating results
