- Strategic Partner: Align workforce strategies with operational goals, supporting ~200 staff across the US and field operations, corporate functions, and technical teams.

- Employee Champion: Serve as the go-to HR contact for employee relations, policy guidance, performance management, and more.

- Talent Driver: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives in partnership with our Talent Developer and Talent Acquisition teams.

- Change Agent: Support organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

- Compliance Leader: Ensure HR policies and practices meet all legal and regulatory requirements across multiple states.

- Collaborative Influencer: Work closely with our Center of Excellence teams: HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to deliver seamless HR support and drive business objectives.

Profil du candidat

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of Human Resources, of which 5+ years as an HRBP preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.

- Experience supporting multiple business units or a complex organization.

- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and internet research.

- Deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused.
