We are looking for a
Sr. District Sales Directorto drive regional sales and client development efforts in high-growth sectors including
T&D, energy storage, and data centers. This is a strategic, client-facing role ideal for a technically minded sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the power infrastructure landscape.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions to our customers.

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to target sectors and regions. Build a pipeline and close high-value deals in alignment with GRID’s offerings.
Identify and engage new clients in the utility, data center, and energy development spaces. Nurture existing relationships with EPCs, developers, and large enterprise clients.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure client needs are fully met and delivered with precision.
Monitor trends in transmission, distribution, and renewable infrastructure to stay ahead of client needs and market dynamics.
Use CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts and performance metrics to senior leadership.
As the business grows, support the development and leadership of a regional sales team.
