Sr. Business Rotation Professional - NEER

Job Overview

Employees in this role rotate through various departments with the intent of filling a permanent position within a 12 to 18 month timeframe. This position will learn the various aspects of the NextEra's business functions, which consist of Business Management, Development, Finance or Commodities and Retail Markets. Individuals may be required to travel throughout the service territory, which may require both field and office type work environments.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Participates in all assigned activities for the purpose of learning about the specific function(s)

- Gains understanding of business unit interactions, both internally and externally

- Makes impactful contributions that benefit both the business and the participant

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- Experience: 4+ years

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s Degree, Doctorate Degree, Juris Doctor or LLM
