Your Day-to-Day

- Lead and execute complex operational and strategic analyses to support business unit decision-making.

- Manage and guide medium to large cross-functional project teams through project lifecycles.

- Review, validate, and approve analytical findings and reports for presentation to senior leadership.

- Conduct advanced statistical and data-driven analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with other business units to align initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.

- Mentor, coach, and provide technical direction to junior and mid-level analysts.

- Ensure analytical outputs meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.

- Apply knowledge of Work Management Systems to support operational efficiency and compliance.

- Utilize SAFe Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects in a structured, scalable manner.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in data analysis and project execution.

Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in operational analysis, business strategy, or project management.

- Strong background in the nuclear industry or related regulated environments.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with statistical software is a plus.

- Deep understanding of Work Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

- Demonstrated experience working within the SAFe Agile framework.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
