We are seeking a talented Sr Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Sr Salesforce Business Analyst has a detailed understanding of the business processes they support as well as the technology behind them. The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business strategies and identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and value back into the business. They will work with business to create business justifications, gather requirements, design, develop/configuration, unit test, work with business to create test scripts, assist with testing with the functional leads, training, support, and create/update process flow documentation. They are also responsible for participating in projects to implement work efforts by completing their tasks and applying project management principles to keep tasks on track and contribute to the overall success of the project.
