About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and organized Sr. Associate or Manager, Development Strategy to work closely with the Chief Development Officer (“CDO”) to advance and improve the development program at Avantus. This role requires advanced knowledge of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage development, superior communication, analytical, and presentation skills, and comfort working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Reporting to the CDO, the successful candidate should be highly organized, responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, and committed to producing a high level of quality of work.

The base salary range for this full-time position is listed below (plus bonus and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in California.
