Position Summary
Sr. Account Executive on the Growth Team actively engages in investor outreach, relationship management, training, raising capital and strategic operations. This role requires a strong understanding of King Operating Corporation’s offerings, an ability to foster investor confidence, and a collaborative mindset to support team and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising and Client Engagement
•Actively engage in outreach efforts with individual investors via Zoom meetings and ongoing follow-ups.
•Present offerings effectively, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and King Operating Corporation materials.
•Maintain consistent communication with prospective and current clients, addressing questions and cultivating long-term relationships.
•Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns regarding taxes, operations, or fund structure.
•Encourage client referrals and explore new investment opportunities within the existing network.
Partner Relations
•Actively engage with partners to address inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt, thorough communication.
•Maintain a high standard of service to build and preserve investor confidence.
Webinar Management
•Serve as the primary representative on monthly webinars, providing industry and macro-economic updates to partners and prospects.
•Manage all aspects of the webinar process, including scripting, rehearsals, live delivery, and post-webinar follow-up.
Training and Team Development
•Actively engage in the training of new SAEs through a structured four-week onboarding process, followed by continued mentorship.
•Support a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Conference and Event Strategy
•Conduct research to identify and vet relevant conferences and industry events that align with brand exposure goals.
•Recommend appropriate events for team participation and assist in planning logistics.
CRM and Administrative Support
· Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage investor communications, and maintain accurate CRM records.
· Manage deal documentation workflows, including the preparation and distribution of DocuSign agreements, Letters of Authorization (LOAs), subscription documents, side letters, and finder agreements.
· Collaborate closely with the administrative team to address any issues or requests as they arise.
Leadership and Operational Support
•Actively engage in supporting executive-level projects and ad hoc assignments that align with company goals.

Qualifications
· Experience in investor relations, fundraising, sales, or financial services.
· Strong familiarity with private placements, investment fund operations, and regulatory requirements.
· Proficient in CRM tools, with a focus on using HubSpot for investor engagement and lead tracking.
· Experience managing DocuSign workflows for investor documentation.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
· Effective communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills.
· Collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
