Your contribution!
Reporting to the Manager – Information Management and Assistant DPO, you will be responsible for overseeing the rollout of the M-Files corporate document management system in collaboration with a team of specialists. You will also play an active role in ensuring the company's compliance with personal information protection regulations (GDPR | Bill 25).
Your day-to-day!•Assess user needs, gather information from users, and identify potential sources of difficulty in order to recommend solutions;
•Participate in the planning, configuration, deployment, and optimization of the M-Files system;
•Participate in workshops with business departments and write user stories to reflect business processes;
•Support teams in configuring workflows related to business processes to ensure they meet business needs;
•Work with IT and business teams to analyze the integration of new systems or data to or from M-Files and identify technical requirements;
•Develop training programs, train and support users in the use of M-Files and best practices for document management and personal information protection;
•Participate in the drafting of internal policies and procedures regarding the protection of personal information;
•Participate in privacy risk factor analyses and impact assessments (PIA) and issue recommendations regarding corrective and/or mitigating measures.
Your skills, our requirements!
•University degree in archival science, information management, IT, law, or a related field with significant experience in the field.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
•Knowledge of Bill 25 (and ideally related legislation such as the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies, GDPR, etc.).
•Knowledge of best practices in information governance, data security, and metadata management.
•Significant experience in deploying or administering M-Files (or a similar electronic document management system).
•Experience in project management or change management.
•Experience in protection analysis.
•Have extensive knowledge of how personal information computer systems work.
•Be sensitive to the protection of personal and confidential information and participate in the implementation of security criteria.
•Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Québec on a regular basis.

•The position is based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
•This position is a P3 level.
