Your Impact

As the Specialist for Fieldglass Contractor Management, you will lead and optimize Newmont’s SAP Fieldglass platform to ensure efficient contractor management, seamless integrations, and strong alignment between technical solutions and business needs. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence, compliance, and improved contractor workforce processes across the company.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

- Troubleshoot and resolve Fieldglass and integration-related incidents, delivering both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.

- Collaborate with IT teams to analyze and resolve Fieldglass/CPI integration errors.

- Configure and maintain Fieldglass modules, workflows, and templates to support evolving business needs.

- Design and manage integrations with SAP S4HANA and supporting systems (SuccessFactors, LMS, Avetta, site entry tools, logistics systems, and more).

- Monitor Fieldglass performance and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.

- Support major contractor management processes, system upgrades, and cross-functional IT projects.

- Partner with Supply Chain, IT leadership, and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and system optimization.

- Ensure system integrity, security, compliance, and adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.

- Provide guidance and support to end-users across Fieldglass, S4HANA, Ariba, and related sourcing platforms.


Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

- 5–10 years of SAP Fieldglass experience, including configuration and implementation in Services Procurement.

- Strong Supply Chain functional knowledge and understanding of SAP integration points.

- Experience with large-scale contractor data migrations and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and out-of-the-box Fieldglass integration capabilities.

- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; PMP or Agile experience preferred.

- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate across multiple functional teams.

- Prior experience in mining, construction, utilities, or heavy industry is an asset.


Your Work Environment

- This role is part of Newmont’s global Technical and Commercial Systems teams.

- You will work closely with IT, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, regional operations, and external vendors.

- Work includes a blend of system configuration, integration support, project delivery, and end-user engagement.

- Some travel may be required to support project rollouts and stakeholder needs.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $110,160-144,585. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
