Specialist - Construction Reporting & Data Analytics

Overview

The section is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Specialist to join our team, working under the guidance of the Section Manager, to oversee the data analysis and business intelligence reporting for the Construction organization. In this role, you will collaborate with internal customers, work with cross function business partners, and partner with internal teams to assess requirements for business intelligence reporting, planning and documenting the development criteria, designing/editing/improving databases queries, testing and validating query results in preparation of creating and maintaining the business intelligence reporting. This individual will provide data analysis and oversee the report creation as a point of contact for customer inquiries or issues. This position will need to ensure the effective communication of accurate and quality-controlled reporting while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The individual should be focused on driving excellence, innovation in customer support, data accuracy, developing reporting, and providing insight about the data.
