ADK Solar is growing and we’re looking for hardworking, hands-on individuals to join our crew. We’ve been installing solar across upstate New York for over a decade, and we’re passionate about helping people take control of their energy. From off-grid camps to grid-tied homes, our work makes a real difference.

Whether you’re brand new to the industry or already know your way around solar systems, we want to hear from you.

That’s it to start. We’re happy to train the right person. If you already have experience and can work independently (or better yet, run a crew!), we’ll be looking at the higher end of the pay scale. Pay is based entirely on experience and skill, and it is negotiable.
