Location: Based in Ashland, Virginia | Travel across VA, MD, and D.C.

We specialize in high-performance solar energy systems, Tesla Powerwall 3, SPAN smart panels, EV charging, and home energy upgrades. We’re hiring a skilled Solar Installer to support our residential and commercial solar and battery projects. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in solar, conduit work, and electrical connections, but who do not yet hold a journeyman license. This is a great opportunity for those looking to build a long-term career in the solar and electrical trades.

Pay Range: $23–$33 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and install solar panel systems on rooftops and ground mounts

Install conduit (EMT, PVC, and flex) and wire management for solar and battery systems

Make safe, reliable MC4 and low-voltage electrical connections

Support the installation of Tesla Powerwalls, SPAN panels, and EV chargers under the supervision of a licensed electrician

Assist with job site prep, inspections, and cleanup

Follow NEC and Kilo Hollow safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in solar or electrical installation

Ability to bend conduit and perform MC4 and low-voltage terminations

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn advanced systems
