Position Title: Solar Installer / Technician Department: Renewable Operations Reports to: Operations Manager

Primary Objective

NATiVE Solar is looking for Experienced PV System Installers

Position installs residential PV systems. PV Installers will be carrying material, assembling and installing solar equipment and maintaining a safe work environment. They will provide support to the crew lead of the installation team, communicate job status data to the crew lead, and ensure the completion of installation of all solar arrays/systems. It is the responsibility of the Installer to ensure safe work practices for the installation team.

Major Areas of Accountability

1. Layout and assembly of solar modules, array and mounting hardware

2. Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment

3. Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC & DC)

4. Install jobs within a specified timeframe and document completion of installation

5. Clean up of job site

6. Additional duties required as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
