Sky Solar Pro is looking for driven and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the solar energy industry. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company - educating homeowners and business owners about the benefits of going solar and guiding them through the process with care and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
•Proactively generate your own quality leads through canvassing, referrals, events, social media, and cold calling-on top of the leads provided by the company.
•Educate potential clients on the financial, environmental, and practical benefits of solar energy.
•Present tailored solar proposals using company tools and software.
•Build trust with prospects and close deals using a consultative and ethical sales approach.
•Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
•Work closely with internal teams-project managers, installers, and support: to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends, solar financing options, government incentives, and local utility regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in direct sales or related industries (solar, TV, mortgages, pest control, or home automation/security sales a plus*).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•Comfort working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
•A friendly, professional attitude and a passion for helping people make informed decisions.
•Experience working in a commission-based environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Base salary of $2,500 per month. OTE* (On-Target Earnings) $150,000 to $200,000.
