- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar products and services.
- Engage with customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the solar industry.
- Proven experience in solar sales and energy sales
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proficiency in technical sales and outside sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce
- Leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and door-to-door sales approaches
