Job Summary:
We are currently seeking driven sales representatives to join our team. As a representative, you can expect highly competitive commission-based pay, with top performers earning $140,000-$340,000 in their first year. We provide proven sales training and support to help you meet individual and team goals.
Ideal candidates are excellent communicators who are self-motivated and enjoy working hard in a team environment to drive results. Requirements include a valid driver's license. Bilingual skills are a plus. Previous customer service and door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required.
As a UNICITY representative, you will educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process. Expect a flexible schedule with travel throughout your territory. This is a great opportunity to earn a lucrative income while contributing to the growth of renewable energy.
Solar Sales Rep's primary job responsibilities include:
- Work closely with potential and current customers helping them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, solar energy
- Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
- Ability to explain solar sustainable energy
- Own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close
- Ability to generate personal leads
- Reliable transportation will be needed.

- Can commit to working 30+ hours per week, though we are open to discussing certain situations- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
