You Must Have:
•At least 2 years of in-home or D2D sales experience
•Strong work ethic, accountability, and hunger for success
•Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive solar sales.
•Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solar solutions for customers.
•Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively.
•Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
•Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
•Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
•Collaborate with marketing teams to promote solar products and services.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in solar sales and energy sales
•Strong negotiation and customer service skills
•Proficiency in technical sales and outside sales
•Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce
•Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
•Experience in door-to-door sales and marketing strategies
•Demonstrated leadership abilities in a sales environment
