We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales and a deep understanding of the solar industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Promote and sell DynoRaxx products and services to prospective clients, including solar installation professionals and businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
Provide accurate and timely product information to clients, including technical specifications and pricing.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DynoRaxx products, services, and the solar industry as a whole.
5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of solar installation processes, products, and industry trends preferred but not required.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to occassionally travel for meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
