We’re now hiring highly motivated solar sales representatives to join our growing team. Whether you're new to sales or already experienced, we’ll equip you with the tools, training, and support to succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Canvass residential neighborhoods (door-to-door)

- Start engaging, friendly conversations with homeowners

- Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar

- Set appointments or close deals directly (depending on your level)

- Represent Helios Energy Power with professionalism and energy

Qualifications

- Motivated, positive, and hungry to grow

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work outdoors and knock on doors

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)

- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

- Solar Sales Experience is required

Canvassing takes place throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
