Responsibilities:

•

Work as part of a team to install solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties, including roof and ground-mounted systems.

•

Follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols during installation.

•

Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

•

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety.

Minimum Requirements:

•

High School Diploma or equivalent.

•

Reliable transportation

•

Comfortable working with hand tools.

•

Comfortable working at heights

•

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

•

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

•

Ability to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

•

Safety boots.

•

Construction experience (civil or solar) an asset.

•

Residential roofing experience (shingles or metal) an asset.

•

Valid safety training certificates (working at heights) an asset.

•

Certified CPR and First Aid anasset.

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract is an asset.

Working Conditions:

•

Flexible work schedule, with varying daily hours depending on project location and requirements.

•

We target a 4 day work week

•

Outdoor work environment, with exposure to all weather conditions.

•

Ability to work at heights, on roofs, and using ladders.

•

Potential for overtime with short notice.

Key Relationships:

•

Internal: Construction Manager, Crew Lead, Crew members, other Personnel.

•

External: Clients.
