Solar Installer (experienced)

SOLAR TECHNICIANS NEEDED ($200-$600 sign on bonus DOE)

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a dedicated individuals that have excellent communication and time management skills. Must be able to be self sufficient, quick learning, take direction and be a team player.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

- Perform a full range of diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and product installations at residential and commercial sites across Southern Calfornia.

- Work independently in the field and at our home office while coordinating closely with our team and management

- Ability to diagnose a full range of residential solar service issues

- Provide outstanding customer experience

- Ability to travel in service territory using own vehicle or in company owned vehicle

- Opportunity to travel to other service territories

- Participate in staff meetings and assist with broader company initiatives

Qualifications

- Minimum two years in residential or commercial solar installation or service with a working knowledge of all major residential/commercial solar and energy storage products

- Journeyman electrician preferred, NABCEP or similar certification preferred

- Must be highly organized and punctual

- Must be able to work/navigate basic technology equipment (i.e. laptop/tablet, e-mail, clocking in/out using employee log in and timecard app)
