Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and account management. This role requires a strong background in outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales and technology solutions. The Sales Executive will engage with clients to understand their needs, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships while expanding the customer base
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize revenue
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and industry trends
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Experience in business development and account management
- Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
