As a Solar Finance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for handling all financial documentation related to solar installations. This includes submitting financing applications, sending invoices, tracking funding milestones, and managing daily finance-related administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with our sales, project management, and accounting teams to ensure smooth cash flow and funding compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
•Submit applications for solar project financing (e.g., loans, PACE, rebates, tax credits)
•Generate and send customer and lender invoices with accuracy
•Monitor and follow up on funding disbursements
•Maintain project funding logs and reports
•Track accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid invoices
•Organize and maintain digital records of all finance-related project documents
•Communicate with lenders, utility companies, and internal departments as needed
•Assist with project cost reporting and funding reconciliation

Qualifications:
•2+ years of experience in finance, billing, project coordination, or similar role
•Previous experience in the solar or construction industry is highly preferred
•Knowledge of financing platforms such as GoodLeap, Mosaic, or Sunlight is a plus
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and cloud-based document systems
•Excellent communication and follow-up skills
•Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
