This is a commission-only position designed for hustlers who want to build their own business within the fastest-growing industry in America.

We provide partial leads, but top performers create their own success — whether it’s by knocking doors, working inside our retail partner locations, or using creative digital marketing techniques to generate self-sourced leads.

What You’ll Do

- Generate new solar customers through door-to-door outreach, in-store appointments, and self-driven marketing.

- Manage company-provided leads and convert them into closed deals.

- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings it creates.

- Present proposals, overcome objections, and close deals with professionalism and confidence.

- Attend at least one in-person meeting per week at our Columbus office (ZIP 43229).

- Represent VITL Power with integrity, energy, and an “Uncommon” level of professionalism.

What You’ll Earn

- Average commission per sale: $5,500

- Commission is 100% performance-based and self-controlled — you determine how much you earn.

- Top consultants easily earn six figures annually by mastering self-generation.
