We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer specializing in Developer Productivity to join our team in Minnetonka, MN, with the flexibility of remote work. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing internal tools that significantly enhance developer efficiency and experience across our global organization.

As part of our Agile development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure solutions, support junior engineers through mentorship and code reviews, and contribute to optimizing our engineering workflows. Your work will directly impact the productivity of our development teams by building reliable, scalable, and user-friendly tools, along with maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices.

- 3+ years of experience in cloud-centric software engineering

- Proficiency in Java, Angular, and SQL

- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure

- Familiarity with developer productivity tools and cloud platforms

- Knowledge of containerization and security best practices

- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools

- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

- Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows

Responsibilities

- Design and build internal tools that enhance developer efficiency and experience

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance
