Overview:
We are seeking a Licensing and Software Asset Management Specialist to support an enterprise IT contracts and licensing team. This role involves managing software license data, preparing reports/dashboards, and supporting procurement activities for enterprise software and IT products.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage software licensing data and generate utilization dashboards.
•
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and procurement policies.
•
Analyze and interpret Microsoft licensing models (EA, MPSA, Open Value, CSP, MCA).
•
Familiarity with Adobe ETLA licensing and ServiceNow SAM.
•
Prepare cost projections and respond to vendor licensing inquiries.
•
Assist with software deployments, especially Microsoft and Adobe products.
•
Support contract reviews and spend data analysis.
•
Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure policy compliance.
•
Draft clear and accurate IT statements of work (SOWs).
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
•
5+ years’ experience in Microsoft licensing and enterprise software management.
•
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and software asset management tools.
•
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•
Experience working within government procurement or regulatory environments is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
