We are a growing company, and we are currently looking for highly self-motivated individuals to join our TEAM as Site Safety & Health Officer
Position Overview
The position of Site Safety & Health Officer for Moltus Building Group will entail a broad range of safety skills including but not limited to:
•Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and procedures to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety awareness.
•Conduct daily on-site safety huddles and safety walks, particularly during high-risk activities, to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
•Identify workplace hazards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and enforce corrective procedures, as necessary.
•Track and analyze leading and lagging safety indicators; recommend and support training initiatives based on trends and findings.
•Perform daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and ensure documentation is accurately maintained.
•Maintain and update the safety and health tracking system, monitoring any deficiencies until they are fully resolved.
•Document and report safety incidents promptly and propose risk mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence.
•Prepare and submit weekly safety reports detailing identified hazards, updates to safety plans, and any worker safety concerns.
•Maintain monthly reporting requirements, including incident reports, KPIs, and safety observations in client-specific software applications.
•Collaborate with project managers, field managers, and the Director of Safety to address ongoing safety issues and initiatives.
•Assist with site access coordination, including managing site visits and deliveries.
•Collect and document field data and photographs as necessary for safety analysis and reporting.
•Perform other field or office duties as assigned.
Position requirements
Education & Certifications (one of the following combinations is required):
•Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety (preferred, not required) plus a minimum of 3 years of commercial construction safety management experience.
•OR board-certified safety credentials from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., CSP, CIH, ASP, CHST) plus 5 years of commercial construction safety management experience.
•OR a current OSHA 500 Certification plus 6 years of full-time construction safety management experience.
Experience & Knowledge:
•Proven experience in commercial construction safety management.
•In-depth knowledge of safety and quality control standards and procedures.
•Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
•Proficiency in safety reporting and documentation processes.

•Must be able to travel throughout the United States as required.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
