at our utility scale solar site where you will work from the field and also from the field site office.

Profil du candidat Qualifications:

+ Six years of related construction or project management or energy industry experience including three years supervisory management responsibilities. + Ability to work at our Teague, TX solar site Monday - Friday.

Skills:

+ Knowledge in new renewable/alternative energy power projects preferred. + Microsoft Office Skills at an intermediate level. + Ability to read and understand construction drawings. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. + Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Project/Construction management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. + The ability to collaborate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. + Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation.

Other Requirements:

+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. + Ability to travel with limited advance notice and to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights. + Must live or be willing to relocate to within one hour of the assigned power plant.
