Site Administrator

Position Summary:

Tacten is currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at various sites across Northern Alberta, with a primary focus on long-term support for our operations near Fort McMurray, AB. This is a site-based position responsible for daily client billing, coordinating travel and accommodations, maintaining administrative records, and supporting daily operational needs. Responsibilities:

Requirements: Skills & Qualifications:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook; ability to manage spreadsheets, perform data entry, and work with PDFs and scanned documents

Education & Experience:* College Diploma or Certificate in Business, Office Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
