Shorebase Dispatcher

Overview:

A Shorebase Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of materials, supplies, and equipment from truck deliveries and supply boats in support of deep-water drilling operations. This role requires strong phone, computer, and radio skills, as well as the ability to prepare and type reports based on daily logs and records.

Responsibilities:

- Identify customers’ expectations and requirements to align goals according to contract provisions.

- Coordinate shipping and receiving of materials, supplies, and equipment from truck deliveries and supply boats, in support of deep-water drilling operations.

- Utilize phone, computer, and radio skills effectively.

- Review information such as daily records of activities (log), records of materials received and used, and reports from various workers.

- Prepare and type reports.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a must.

- Strong phone, computer, and radio skills.

- Ability to prepare and type reports based on logs and records.
