Role And Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
•Warmly welcome customers to BDS and model our professional, service-oriented business culture.
•Provide customers with the highest quality of service and product knowledge.
Quality
•Support and participate in the organizations Continual Improvement Program to conform to API Q1/ISO 9001:2015
requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS Objectives.
•Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company and industry standards without exceptions.
Technical Proficiency
•Master basic and advanced skills in processes, techniques, assemblies, installation, and technical evaluation procedures.
•Inspect, assemble, test, repair, and paint/clean various surface components (Frac, Production, and Drilling Equipment) according
to specific verbal and written guidelines in the shop environment.
•Identify and correct flawed equipment in a timely manner based on written procedures while ensuring the company's
specifications are met.
Documentation•Accurately and honestly complete and submit paperwork associated with daily job tasks (JSA, Safety Docs, FST, FNCR, REQ,
Timecards, etc.) within the set time frame.
•Report any non-compliance of procedural action immediately to Supervisor or HR.
•Properly label or stamp equipment as required.
Maintenance
•Inventory, maintain, and log all assets, including shop tooling, vehicles, and related items.
Communication
•Communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and the community in both written and verbal forms.
•Assist other team members in daily activities and job-related tasks as approved by management.
Safety
•Perform job duties in the safest manner possible with a target goal of 100% accident-free and incident-free performance.
•Adhere to the company safety manual and OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
Representation
•Professionally present, uphold, and solidify the representation and respect of Bulldog Services LLP's motto, Restoring Principles
and Integrity One Connection at a Time.
Physical Requirements•Frequent standing and lifting; spend 95% of the time in the shop environment, 3% in the yard, and 2% in the office.
•Lift equipment in accordance with the company safety manual (max 50 lbs).
•Operate forklift (with current certification), overhead crane, testing equipment, and rigging as trained and in accordance with
the Bulldog Services Safety Manual.
Dress Code And PPE•Wear clothing that adheres to company guidelines, avoiding non-business-related propaganda.
•Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by BDS in compliance with OSHA regulations and directives.
Hours Of Operation
•On-call scheduled days: Monday through Sunday, 24/7. Complete pertinent duties by the end of the job if possible.
•Off-call scheduled days: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or until the workload is complete.
