Shop Manager

HVAC company looking for someone who is very organized and familiar with part ordering, inventory tracking, stocking trucks/warehouse, receiving parts/equipment, pickup/delivery of materials needed for jobs. Also help technicians, when needed on 2 man jobs, like holding a ladder. Willing to train someone who has a mechanical background who can also take care of tasks in the shop.

Also needs some knowledge of how to change oil, plug a tire, change a battery, minor vehicle maintenance.

Handyman knowledge, like how to repair drywall, paint, some electrical experience, fencing, etc. is a PLUS!

A team player who is able to see the big picture and not a single project.

We have a variety of things that need to be done and looking for someone who can handle them and help us grow this business to the next level it needs to go in.

Must have clean drivers license and pass background check
