Responsibilities:
+ Manage all store sales, marketing execution, and budgets in liaison with Senior Management
+ Report daily sales and capture all credit card and cash receipts
+ Deposit money into bank accounts daily and submit sales reports as required
+ Maintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and sales
+ Perform inventory counts as needed and work with local and regional leaders to create new, cost-effective displays and strategies
+ Prepare forecasts with HKG category buyers based on stock rotation
+ Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise
+ Maintain a clean store environment safe from all hazards
+ Organize special store functions and events
+ Manage and communicate the staff's weekly schedules
+ Motivate sales team with effective communication and provide awards and incentives as earned
+ Interact and maintain good relationships with Airport Staff (if applicable) and advise Senior Management of any important activities that may arise, network or personnel changes relevant to the business or opportunities to expand
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred or recent related experience
•The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
•Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional at all times
•Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff
•Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets display strong attention to detail
Physical demands and work environment:
•Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
•Employees must occasionally lift and/or move objects in excess of 25 pounds and be able to determine when having help will be safer than attempting to move the object alone
•Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus
