Responsibilities
As a Shop Hand, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse and shop operations. Your responsibilities include:
•
Performing shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipments.
•
Operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment to move and stack materials.
•
Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining inventory and workflow.
•
Using your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
•
Stocking shelves and ensuring a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a hands-on, dedicated individual with:
•
Prior warehouse or industrial shop experience (preferred).
•
Proficiency in operating forklifts, cranes, and heavy equipment.
•
Solid mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
•
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
•
Familiarity with order picking, stock management, and safe handling practices.
