Shop and Wash Bay Assistant

Capex Oilfield Services is a privately owned company providing rental equipment, service, and support to the energy industry. We are currently seeking a full-time Shop and Wash Bay Assistant for our Midland branch. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work safely in a team environment. The Shop and Wash Bay Assistant will be responsible for:

- Cleaning, washing, and organizing equipment and tools in the shop and yard

- Working in the shop, and yard, and supporting in various departments as needed

- Maintaining a high standard of quality control and organization in the shop

- Running parts as required

- Cross-training in other departments and supporting in other areas as necessary

Desired Skills and Attributes

- An ability and willingness to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects

- Familiarity with power and hand tools; including a pressure washer

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- A positive attitude and desire to learn.

- A clean driver’s license and the ability to work in a drug free environment

- Mechanically inclined; industry experience is not required but considered an asset
