About This Job

Summary:

This position is an integral part of JM Test Systems due to the fast-paced, high-volume, high-demand nature of the function and its focus on equipment care, accurate data entry, and equipment delivery for the company. This person will be responsible for receiving and shipping functions in regards to:

•

Writing up customers’ equipment

•

Accurate record-keeping

•

Problem-solving

•

Customer service

•

Packing, securing, shipping, and delivery of the customer’s items

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

•

Required: High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience:

•

Previous experience with accurate record keeping and data-entry is highly preferred.

•

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools is needed and the ability to learn multiple computer portals that are used to complete everyday functions.

•

Excellent written and verbal communication - This includes the ability to clearly explain information and listen actively to customer concerns.

•

Ability to be organized and pay high attention to detail.

•

Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

•

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, withstand frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling
