We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk
In this role, you will provide services to a rapidly growing fast paced Data Center Operations Management company. The ideal TECfusions team members should have excellent attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Availability to work overtime to support customer needs is a plus. The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments of goods and materials. They verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipment, receives, and unpacks materials and supplies and process distribution of goods and materials received to internal company resources and our customers operating on site.
Following duties to be performed to established quality and productivity standards:
· Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
· Verify the accuracy of shipping documentation to match against materials received against purchase orders, invoices, and other customer documentation.
· Stage and track inbound and outbound materials and equipment ensuring assets are tracked and recorded.
· Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.
· Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues.
· Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels and customs declarations.
· Coordinate with carriers and site customers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments.
· Coordinate with site security team on access to site for incoming and outgoing transport.
· Perform asset tracking using established QR/barcode systems.
· Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
· Collaborates and communicates with various departments, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

· Promptly unloads trucks, deliveries, sorts, and stocks receivables.
· Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
· Education and experience: High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience in a facilities operation’s environment, or related/relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
