- Train, develop, and coach teams while working closely with the Training team.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct routine audits of procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality and planning teams.
- Execute production schedules, shift handovers, and reporting protocols.
- Oversee and support the performance management process for all teammates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of employee time and attendance in accordance with company policies and applicable labor relations.
Interpret performance metrics and drives decisions based on data.

- Golden ration (yield^3 x utilization)- 3-5 + years’ experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Working knowledge of tube production equipment and processes
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Ability to work rotating or fixed shifts, including nights/weekends
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Technology
- Requires full range of body motion to include lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping, and squatting
- Position requires frequent walking and/or standing on concrete floor while wearing steel-toed shoes. May walk up to two (2) miles per shift while performing essential duties.
- The manufacturing environment has regular exposure to loud and prolonged noise.
- While in the manufacturing area, teammates are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields and steel toed work shoes.
