Maintenance Mechanic- Night Shift

This position, under general supervision, is responsible for performing maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, machine servicing, or electrical repairs or installations.

Ensures mechanical or structural integrity of equipment and facilities is maintained as one of the following: welder, fabricator, or plumber. Performs advanced carpentry projects including coordinating the build out of special projects as requested. Assists and ensures all areas are returned to a clean, neat, orderly, and safe condition according to policy and procedure.

Ability to interpret customer needs through strong communication and listening skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and assignments. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Solid ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Good ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
