Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for developing people and driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? PJ Tube (A wholly owned subsidiary of Webco Industries) is looking for a Shift Business Manager to lead and inspire a team of production employees while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and team success. In this role, you will:

- Lead, coach, and develop your team—assigning work, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.

- Drive performance by monitoring productivity, run-times, yields, and quality standards.

- Partner with other shift managers to ensure seamless shift handoffs and plant efficiency.

- Train and mentor team members through Skill-Based Pay progression and certification programs.

- Lead by example in safety and environmental compliance, making workplace safety a top priority.

- Collaborate with HR on recruiting efforts and play an active role in building strong production teams.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, internal audits, and customer satisfaction efforts.

- Stay engaged in management training programs and strategic planning processes to align team performance with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing setting and is ready to take ownership of results. The ideal candidate will have:

- High School Diploma (required).

- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility (supervisory experience preferred).

- Strong computer skills (MS Office proficiency required).

- Excellent organizational and planning abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.

- A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and respect for diverse talents and perspectives.

- Motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
